WeBuildStack is a remote-first software development company based in Bengaluru, India. We are 15+ engineers who have shipped 100+ projects in React, Angular, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Java, React Native, Flutter and the three major clouds.

Startups use us to ship a first version in six weeks, deployment included. Established companies use us to add senior capacity, modernise legacy systems and bring cloud bills down. In both cases the arrangement is the same: a named tech lead, weekly demos, and code that lives in your repositories from the first commit.

The team works from home offices and co-working spaces across India. Everything that matters lives in writing: the board, the repo, the decision log. You never depend on someone being at a desk.

Based in Bengaluru, working in your timezone. We set the team up around your day: the overlap you need, or full shifts in US, UK, EU, Middle East or APAC hours, so reviews, demos and decisions happen on the same day.

Five rules we do not bend

  1. Engineers first

    The people you talk to on the first call are the people who write the code. There is no hand-off from sales to delivery, and no account manager translating between you and the team.

  2. Say the number early

    We give a price before we start and tell you as soon as anything changes it. Written quote within 48 hours, 40/40/20 payments, no drip-fed invoices.

  3. Lead-reviewed, always

    A tech lead reviews every pull request before it merges. We interview and approve every engineer who joins a client team. Nothing ships on your budget without a second pair of senior eyes.

  4. Leave it better

    Every codebase we touch ends up with better tests, documentation and pipelines than when we found it, including the ones we inherit.

  5. Your product, your IP

    Repos, cloud accounts, app-store listings and intellectual property belong to you from day one. It is written into the contract, not promised in a call.

    Discovery call

    Thirty minutes with a tech lead, not a salesperson. We ask what the product must do on launch day, what already exists, and what would make week six a failure. We reply within one business day of your enquiry.

  2. 02

    Written quote in 48 hours

    One document: scope in plain language, architecture on a page, the team by role, a week-by-week plan and the price. Fixed for defined scope, monthly for dedicated engineers. Payments are 40/40/20.

  3. 03

    Build in weekly releases

    Week one ends with a repo in your GitHub and a staging URL that updates on every merge. Every Friday you see working software, not a slide. A tech lead reviews each pull request before it lands.

  4. 04

    Deploy, hand over, stay on

    We deploy to your cloud accounts with infrastructure as code and a runbook; it is included, never an extra line. You get the repos, the docs and a recorded walkthrough, then 30 days of fixes and the option of a retainer.
