01. Under NDA

Detailed case studies are on request

Most of our client work is covered by non-disclosure agreements, so we do not publish it here. On a call we walk you through projects in your industry, honestly and in detail.

Let’s catch up quickly
  • The architecture decisions and what we would do differently now
  • How the team was staffed, reviewed and handed over
  • What happened in the months after launch
  • References from past clients in your industry, on request
What you receive

Two documents every client gets

Samples, not client documents. The structure is exactly what arrives in your inbox: the written quote after the scoping call, and the note that follows every Friday demo. Figures are placeholders; the real ones are in the quote we write for you.

1. What we will build

A [product type] for [who uses it]: [one sentence of scope from the call]. One web application (installable on phones), an admin panel and the API behind both, deployed to your cloud account.

2. Scope and price

ItemWeeksFixed price
Discovery workshop, written scope, clickable prototype1₹ [figure]
Core flow: [steps from the call], sign-in, payments2–4₹ [figure]
Admin panel, notifications, analytics events4–5₹ [figure]
Hardening, launch, hand-off, documentation6₹ [figure]
Total, fixed6₹ [figure]

3. Included at no extra cost

  • Deployment to your own cloud account with CI/CD
  • Thirty days of fixes after launch
  • Repositories, documentation and all IP in your name from the first commit

4. Payment

40% at kickoff, 40% at the mid-build demo (end of week 3), 20% on acceptance. Third-party charges (cloud usage, app-store accounts, SMS, email, payment gateway) are billed by those providers to your accounts.

5. Assumptions and change control

One decision-maker on your side answers questions within a working day. Anything added during the build is traded for something of equal size, or quoted separately in writing before work starts.

Signed by a tech lead on behalf of WeBuildStack. Becomes binding when you sign and the kickoff payment clears.

  • Sign-up, sign-in and password reset, end to end
  • The core flow from [step one] to [confirmation], with real data
  • Payment through the hosted checkout in test mode

Decisions we need from you by Tuesday

  1. Which of the two confirmation-screen layouts to keep (both are on staging)
  2. Whether [edge case] should block the flow or show a warning

Next week

  • Admin panel: records, states and the manual-fix action
  • Email notifications and the analytics events on each step of the flow
  • Second pass on the interface: spacing, copy, empty and error states

Risks and scope

The [third-party] sandbox has been slow to approve our account; if it is not live by Wednesday we build against their mock API and switch in week 5. No scope changes this week; the "not now" list has two new items for after launch.

Sent by your tech lead after every Friday demo. Reply to this note with decisions; anything unanswered is raised again on Monday.

Illustrative blueprints, not client case studies: the scope, stack, team and six-week plan we would propose for common products.

WeBuildStack builds web platforms, enterprise front ends, APIs, mobile apps and cloud infrastructure for startups and established businesses in India, the US, the UK, Europe and the Gulf: 100+ projects by 15+ engineers across React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, React Native, Flutter and three clouds.

Most client work is covered by non-disclosure agreements, so it is discussed on a call rather than published. The example builds on this page are illustrative blueprints, clearly labelled, and the sample quote and demo note show what clients actually receive.

The scope, stack, team and week-by-week plan we would propose for a common brief, such as a D2C store with an app or a clinic booking and telehealth platform. Each is labelled illustrative and links to the six-week plan.

Scope in plain words with what is out, weeks and milestones, fixed price per item, inclusions (deployment, documentation, 30 days of fixes), 40/40/20 payment terms, assumptions and change control, and an IP clause. A sample is on this page with the figures as placeholders.

A demo of working software on a staging URL, followed by a short written note: what was shown, the decisions we need from you by Tuesday, next week, and risks. A sample demo note is on this page.

On request, in your industry, after a conversation. We do not publish client names or quotes from clients on the site.
