E-commerce & RetailA D2C storefront and shopping app
A direct-to-consumer brand moving off a marketplace: a fast storefront, a shopping app on the same backend, and orders that reconcile themselves.
Selling only on marketplaces means high commissions and no customer data. The brand needs its own store that loads fast on mid-range phones, takes UPI and COD, and pushes orders straight to the courier.
- Shoppers on mobile web and the app
- The ops team packing and shipping orders
- The founder watching sales and repeat customers
Scope for the first release
- 01Next.js storefront with product, collection and search pages built for Google
- 02Cart, coupons, UPI, cards and COD through Razorpay
- 03Shiprocket integration: label, pickup and tracking updates on WhatsApp
- 04Customer accounts, order history and one-tap reorder
- 05React Native app sharing the same API, with push notifications
- 06Admin for catalogue, stock, orders and returns
