These terms govern your use of webuildstack.com (the "Site"), operated by WeBuildStack, Bengaluru, India. By using the Site you agree to them.
Information on the Site
Content on the Site, including prices, package descriptions and the timeline and team-size output of the project scoper, is provided for general information. Prices shown are indicative starting points; a binding price exists only in a signed proposal or statement of work. Project scoper results are indicative and non-binding.
Client engagements
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement (master services agreement, statement of work or proposal). If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading or malicious content through our forms, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, or use automated means to submit forms or scrape content in a way that burdens the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics and code are owned by WeBuildStack or its licensors. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
